Now See Here! – Our Fair City X

Spring has sprung in Our Fair City and everyone is outside enjoying life and taking the kiddos out to see what they can see.

The event features four stages where young performers showcase their talent in dance, theater, singing and music while the hallways of the building are converted into gallery space filled with paintings, sculpture and photography all made by MCS students.

Joe Powell and his daughter Inyyah Powell, 6, are among hundreds waiting in line to take a tour of the Stax Museum of American Soul Music during the "Stax to the Max Soulsville Street Festival." The event, commemorating the 10th anniversary of the Stax Music Academy, featured live music, comedy and performing arts as well as free tours of the Stax Museum.
